Hi, I’m Amber, the founder of MatheCord. As a mother of five, I've dedicated decades to tutoring math and helping others navigate the challenges of the subject. My passion for mathematics began early on, where I often found myself immersed in problem-solving rather than outdoor play. In school, I was the student who eagerly requested homework to deepen my understanding, which continued into college as I offered my support as a free tutor to classmates in need. Now, as an adult, I focus on nurturing my children’s appreciation for math.

This love for mathematics and the desire to help others find joy in it inspired me to create MatheCord. I envisioned a platform that connects dedicated math tutors like myself with eager students. I truly believe that math is integral to our daily lives, and through MatheCord, I aim to build a community where we can effectively discuss math concepts and share insights, making learning a rewarding experience for all.
